That conversation shapes everything that follows. Your treatment is fully customized. A double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions, facial massage, custom mask and corrective serums are the foundation — and from there I draw on the modalities that match your skin that day: LED, cold globes, high frequency, BT Micro infusion, dermaplaning. Afterward you'll receive a written skin report with my findings, product recommendations and a roadmap for the weeks ahead. I'll check in before your next visit to see how your skin is responding. Between your corrective treatments, skin still needs attention. A focused 45 minutes — cleanse, exfoliation, extractions where needed, and a targeted mask chosen for whatever your skin is doing this week. Short, but never generic. This is the visit that holds your progress steady between full sessions: after a peel while your skin is still settling, in the middle of a ProCell series, or any week your skin needs a hand and a full appointment isn't the right fit. Firmness is the one that surprises people. The pigment you expected. The dryness you expected. But the day your jawline softens and your skin stops bouncing back — that one lands differently. It's estrogen, it's collagen, and a serum won't fix it. This is the treatment built for it. We start with a scan, for a baseline to measure against. Then dermaplaning, and a resurfacing layer chosen for where your skin actually is. If we've worked together a while, that's lactic, held as long as your skin tells me to. If it's our first time, a gentler mandelic blend — kinder to deeper tones on a first pass. Same treatment, different chemistry, because I don't know your skin yet. Ten minutes of massage. Then the firming peptide mask across face, neck and décolleté, left to work while you don't move or think. Red light, vitamin C, hydration, protection. Cold globes to finish. Peels get a bad reputation in deeper skin tones. Usually that isn't the peel — it's that someone chose the wrong one, or rushed it. I don't peel skin I haven't prepared. Before your first peel we spend a few weeks getting your skin ready with homecare that calms pigment production and strengthens your barrier. That prep is the difference between lifting pigment and provoking it, and it's not a step I skip. When we do peel, the solution is chosen for your skin that day — not a standard strength, not the same thing I used on my last client. We're after melasma, post-inflammatory marks, uneven texture, and the dullness that settles in when cell turnover slows down. Peels work in a series. One will show you something. Microneedling has a reputation problem in deeper skin, and the concern is legitimate. At the wrong depth, on unprepared skin, it can leave you darker than you started. Done correctly, it's one of the best tools we have. ProCell microchanneling creates controlled micro-injuries that trigger your own collagen and elastin production. No heat, no light — which is exactly why it's a better choice for melanated skin than most resurfacing options on the market. We use it for laxity, fine lines, acne scarring and stubborn pigment. This is a course of treatment, not a one-off. Results build across three to four sessions about four weeks apart, and they keep improving for months after your last one. Payment plans available. You don't live in Charlotte. Your skin still changed. This is a full consultation, delivered by video. Before we meet, you'll send photos and complete an intake covering your history, your routine, your hormones, and what your skin has actually been doing. I review all of it beforehand — so we spend our time together on answers, not paperwork. During our 50 minutes we go through what I'm seeing, what's likely driving it, and what a realistic path forward looks like. And you get to ask the things you've been wondering about for the last two years. Afterward, you receive a written protocol: what to use, when, in what order, and what to expect at four weeks, eight, and twelve.
